3) Know that your tree will stay in Winchburgh! We will reuse real chopped trees in various way including mulching, chopping, compost, creating habitats and much more!

Registration

• Your donation via JustGiving is non-refundable and should be for £10 (or more if you wish)
• Please include a reference on the form above which matches Just Giving donation site around the same time
• Collections must be booked before midday on Friday 12th January 2024. Early bird dates fully booked with additional date of Saturday 13th Jan added.
• You will receive a thank you confirmation via just giving confirming your collection date (allow 72 hours)

Tree collection

• Trees will only be collected from the outside of a property
• Please make sure that the tree is placed within your property boundary, and does not block any access or public footpaths
• We will only collect within Winchburgh using a licenced waste carrier
• We will only collect real trees
• Any synthetic trees will not be collected
• Trees must be completely stripped of decorations and lights - Any trees that still have decorations on them will not be collected
• Please put your tree out in morning by 10am before collection if possible, if safe to do so.
• We reserve the right to refuse a collection at any time
