SRUC near Winchbugh have helped deliver two new Orchards

We managed to take stock of some spare 'Ailsa Craig' onions thanks to George Gilchrist at Oatridge, head lecturer the his team at SRUC. 

Check out this Ailsa Craig variety of onion
developed in Scotland in 1887 which will be inter-planted amongst summer produce. Onions ready around September and they will be big! 

Exciting news to confirm soon around adding trees - SRUC are learning through planting and maintaining Orchards and we look forward to future tree plantings!
