The
Jog Scotland Winchburgh
group meet at the park opposite Sainsbury’s every Monday & Wednesday evening at 7:30pm, ready to warm up, walk/run and cool down until approx 8-8:15pm. Another meeting is also held on a Saturday morning at 7:30am at the same place.
This park also has 8 heritage fruit trees and a seated planter with 2 fruit trees from Winchburgh Community Growing Group, ideal eating after a great run.

Gillian Wells recently completed the ‘I'm here pledge’. This shows that jogscotland leaders have completed mental health awareness training provided by SAMH and that they will actively encourage more mental health conversations within our groups. I'm here means we're happy to talk openly about mental health.
Jog leaders will pledge I'm here:
- To help you enjoy being active
- To help you achieve your goals
- To help you feel part of a community where you can be yourself
- To encourage you
- To listen
- To believe in you when you feel you can't
- To be open to conversations about mental health and wellbeing
But most of all I'm here for YOU!
